  • I love this book. It is a genius. I ordered it about a month ago and have already lost 10 pounds and I feel great. I had the hardest time loosing weight after my second child was born. After reading this book I started eating more food and instead of avoiding hunger pangs and cravings I can give into them and give my body what it is asking for. You have to read this book to understand. I have so much more energy to do the things I love with the people I love. It doesn't teach you how to diet it teaches you how to live and it is something that is totally doable no matter what stage of life you are in. Worth every penny.
